The Lead Sanitation Worker bridges frontline waste collection execution and shift supervision. You also conduct pre-route safety tailgates, audit PPE usage, and assist with vehicle washdown routines at the completion of shifts. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site presence along collection routes and facility yards (no remote options allowed).
