Position Summary & Responsibilities

You assist public and commercial drivers with tipping operations, guide vehicles safely into unloading bays, clear loose waste off tipping floors, and operate stationary waste compactors. You also perform daily site sweeps, remove non-compliant materials, and enforce facility safety rules for all visiting haulers. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site presence inside the transfer station (no remote work options allowed).
