Position Summary & Responsibilities: As a Rear-Load Route Driver, you operate heavy commercial rear-loader collection vehicles along residential neighborhood loops, partnering with field route helpers. You navigate tight streets and alleys safely, manage hydraulic packing controls, and guide route helpers during container tipping and backing spotter maneuvers. You conduct daily DOT pre-trip and post-trip vehicle audits, log route progress in digital terminals, and maintain vehicle cleanliness at the end of shifts. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site driving presence (zero remote options).
Qualifications & Benefits: Valid Class A or Class B CDL with air brake endorsement, clean motor vehicle driving record, valid DOT medical card, and 1+ years of commercial truck driving experience.
