Position Summary & Responsibilities: The Waste Management Specialist serves as an operational technical expert overseeing environmental compliance, waste stream characterization, and customer container logistics. You conduct on-site facility compliance audits, analyze client waste volume metrics, ensure accurate EPA manifest tracking, and recommend cost-effective waste diversion strategies. Furthermore, you coordinate with dispatch teams to optimize specialized container deliveries and assist site managers during regulatory environmental inspections. This position is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site presence across customer locations and facility depots (zero remote capability).
