Position Summary & Responsibilities: The Waste Management Operations Manager maintains complete operational, financial (P&L), safety, and personnel management accountability for regional collection depots, transfer stations, and material recovery processing facilities. You manage operational P&L performance, direct labor scheduling, lead supervisor development, and represent Waste Management during municipal contract negotiations. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site leadership presence at facility depots (zero remote capability).
