Position Overview & Responsibilities: As a Route Driver at Waste Management, you serve as the backbone of our frontline collection operations by operating heavy commercial vehicles along assigned service loops. You conduct mandatory pre-trip and post-trip commercial vehicle audits, record route completion data using onboard telematics terminals, and report blocked enclosures or access issues to dispatch teams. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site driving presence with zero remote work options.
