Position Overview & Responsibilities: Operating heavy roll-off cable hoist vehicles, the Roll-Off Driver delivers, swaps, and hauls large open-top waste containers for construction and commercial clients. You operate hydraulic cable hoists, hook systems, and automated tarping mechanisms to transport heavy loads securely between client sites and disposal facilities. You conduct daily DOT pre-trip and post-trip safety checks, log delivery receipts into digital terminals, and ensure hauled loads strictly comply with highway weight limits. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site driving presence (no work-from-home options).
