Position Summary & Responsibilities
As a Heavy Technician at Waste Management, you oversee complex mechanical overhauls, hydraulic repairs, and electrical diagnostics on heavy commercial waste vehicles and heavy landfill earthmoving machinery. You also log digital work orders, assist with parts inventory, and maintain high shop safety standards. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site mechanical shop presence (zero remote capability).
