Position Overview & Responsibilities: As a Route Driver at Waste Management, you serve as the backbone of our frontline collection operations by operating heavy commercial vehicles along assigned service loops. Your daily duties involve navigating residential neighborhoods and commercial districts safely, operating automated container lifting arms, and servicing front-load, rear-load, or roll-off dumpsters efficiently. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site driving presence with zero remote work options.
