Position Overview & Responsibilities: As a Dispatch Clerk at Waste Management, you provide vital administrative and operational desk support to route dispatchers and commercial drivers. You also manage driver morning check-in queues, audit hours-of-service logs, and communicate route delays to customer service teams. This position is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site presence inside the fleet dispatch office (zero remote options).
