You operate automated sorting screens, optical sorters, magnetic separation pulleys, and heavy balers while maintaining consistent material feed rates. You perform routine equipment calibrations, clear conveyor belt jams safely, conduct commodity purity sampling checks, and log shift processing tonnages into facility management software. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site plant presence (zero remote options).
Qualifications & Benefits: High School Diploma or GED required; formal mechanical or technical training preferred.
