Position Summary & Responsibilities
As a Dispatch Clerk at Waste Management, you provide vital administrative and operational support to route dispatchers and commercial drivers. Operating fleet management software, you track collection vehicle locations via GPS telematics, log route completion statuses, process driver paperwork, and re-route trucks to handle priority customer requests.
