Position Overview & Responsibilities: As a Garbage Collector at Waste Management, you execute daily residential and commercial refuse collection along assigned neighborhood loops. Riding on collection vehicle steps or accompanying route drivers, you manually maneuver heavy waste carts, position bins onto hydraulic tipping lifters, and operate packer controls safely. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site route presence with zero work-from-home availability.
