You lead multi-disciplinary teams across collection routes, fleet maintenance shops, and plant operations while driving safety standards, regulatory compliance, and budget optimization. You manage operational P&L performance, direct labor scheduling, lead supervisor development, and represent Waste Management during municipal contract negotiations. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site leadership presence at facility depots (zero remote capability).
Qualifications & Benefits: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Environmental Management preferred. Requires 5+ years of progressive management experience in waste management, transport logistics, or heavy industrial operations with proven P&L responsibility.
