• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety audits in accordance with DOT guidelines
• Log route completion data and container maintenance requests into onboard terminals
• Communicate route delays, blocked streets, or safety hazards to dispatch teams
• Strictly adhere to municipal traffic laws, company speed limits, and safety standards
Required Skills and Experience:
• Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with air brake endorsement
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and valid DOT medical card
• 1+ years of verifiable commercial driving experience
• Physical stamina for frequent vehicle cab entry/exit and manual container adjustments
• Strong safety focus and dependable punctuality

• Previous experience operating automated side-loader or rear-loader waste trucks
• Familiarity with local route navigation and commercial dispatch systems
