Position Overview & Responsibilities
As a Commercial Waste Collection Specialist, you operate heavy front-load or roll-off commercial waste trucks, servicing commercial dumpsters and industrial waste containers across business corridors. You align hydraulic lift forks, hoist heavy commercial containers over truck cabs, operate compaction mechanisms, and lower containers securely. Additionally, you manage electronic logging terminals, log container damage or blocked enclosure access, and perform daily commercial vehicle safety checks. This position is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site driving presence (zero remote capability).
Qualifications & Benefits
Requires a valid Class A or Class B CDL with air brake endorsement and a clean motor vehicle driving record. Must have at least 1 to 2 years of commercial driving experience (front-load or roll-off experience strongly preferred). Includes top hourly commercial driver pay, safety bonus potential, complete health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) company match, paid vacation, and modern fleet equipment.
