Position Summary & Responsibilities: Operating heavy roll-off cable hoist trucks, the Roll-Off Driver delivers, swaps, and hauls large open-top waste containers for construction, commercial, and industrial clients. You operate hydraulic cable hoists, hook systems, and automated tarping mechanisms to transport heavy container loads safely between client job sites and disposal facilities. You conduct daily DOT pre-trip and post-trip safety checks, log delivery receipts into digital onboard terminals, and ensure hauled container loads strictly comply with highway weight limits. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site driving presence (zero remote capability).
Qualifications & Benefits: Valid Class A or Class B CDL with air brake endorsement, clean driving record, valid DOT medical card, and 1+ years of experience operating roll-off trucks or heavy cable-hoist machinery.
