As a Front End Loader Driver at Waste Management, you operate commercial front-load vehicles to service commercial dumpsters across business corridors and industrial sites.
• Align hydraulic lift forks with commercial dumpsters, hoisting containers over truck cabs safely
• Operate compaction mechanism controls to compress commercial waste inside vehicle bodies
• Navigate commercial routes, business parks, and industrial enclosures safely
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip commercial vehicle safety audits
• Log container damage, blocked enclosure access, or route delays into telematics terminals
• Follow all DOT regulations, municipal traffic laws, and company safety guidelines
Required Skills and Experience:
• Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with air brake endorsement
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and valid DOT medical card
• 1+ years of verifiable experience driving commercial front-load or heavy commercial trucks
• Strong spatial awareness and physical capability to maneuver heavy commercial containers
• Dependable attendance and safety-first mindset

• 2+ years of front-end loader commercial waste experience
• Familiarity with local commercial routes and customer service standards
