Position Overview & Responsibilities: As a Dispatch Clerk at Waste Management, you provide vital administrative and operational desk support to route dispatchers and commercial drivers. Operating fleet management software, you track collection vehicle locations via GPS telematics, log route completion statuses, process driver manifests, and re-route trucks to handle priority customer requests. This position is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site presence inside the fleet dispatch office (zero remote options).
