In transfer facilities, you operate hydraulic ram controls to compact solid waste into high-capacity transport trailers. You conduct daily pre-shift machinery safety checks, monitor hydraulic pressures, and maintain safe operating distances around haul trucks. This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site presence inside machine cabs or facility control stations.
Qualifications & Benefits: Must be at least 18 years old with 2+ years of experience operating heavy compactors, bulldozers, or heavy construction machinery. Knowledge of equipment safety and daily inspection protocols is required.
