Position Summary & Responsibilities: As a Sanitation Worker at Waste Management, you perform physical waste removal, bin loading, and route assistance along assigned neighborhood collection stops. You move residential trash carts, yard waste bags, and bulk debris to collection truck lifters, load waste into collection truck packing hoppers, and operate hydraulic cart tippers safely. You ensure customer properties remain clean and free of loose litter after servicing, assist drivers with vehicle spotter duties, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). This role is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site route presence (zero remote options).
